Here's how the application process works:
Attached is a copy of your application that has been sent to the Insurance Company. Please go through it carefully to check nothing has been missed, and all the information is correct. If there is any further information you would like to add please email/call us and we can update your file.
Up until your policy is issued, if you have any new doctor’s appointments, changes in health conditions, occupations and family history, please let us know because they are important in the event of any claim and may impact the claim. Knowing this information will ensure that there won't be any surprises when paying your premiums, or further down the track when it comes time to claim, or if you decide you want to change your cover or your policy. Make sure you read the PDS of whichever policy you end up going with so you know the ins and outs of your insurance plan.If you have questions regarding the Scope of Service Agreement between you and the Adviser, Product Disclosure or the Advice Process, please contact your Adviser direct. The role of Insurance Network is the processing and administration support for your Adviser only. Enclosed:1. “Get the most out of Life Brochure" (Financial Services Council)-“Make sure your insurance is right for you” 2. “Are you getting the right advice?” 3. Copy of your Insurance Application form
