Financial advisers have to be registered on the official New Zealand government Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) and belong to a Dispute resolution scheme. All our advisers are registered with FSPR and belong to Financial Services Complaints Limited. Our advisers make sure they keep updated with any changes to policies or offerings by having regular familiarisation training. With the help of our partners, all our advisers are trained on products, channels, regulations and market events. Due to regular training our advisers understand the clients' current circumstances and their long-term goals and objectives. This ensures better advice outcomes.

Jai Bothra
Jai Bothra is an insurance and mortgage broker that prioritizes its clients' needs and aims to provide a market-leading and highly effective service. The company views risk management and risk transfer (insurance) as two parts of the same subject, and seeks to be a trusted advisor on all parts of a client's business or personal risk profile.
The company places great emphasis on staff training and development, providing an in-house training facility. This has resulted in extremely high retention rates, allowing clients to build long-term relationships with their dedicated team.
Jai Bothra values guide their work and the company is always striving to improve and continue its modern approach to insurance broking.
Nicola Rayner
Nicola Rayner started her career as a banker. Nicola developed her own knowledge within a professional environment dealing with all aspects of Lending, General Insurance and Banking. She has also completed her Professional Qualifications and is now a 'Financial Adviser', although she will admit that there is always something new to learn in insurance.
Nicola Raymer is experienced in many fields and always has time for any of team wish to speak with her. Nicola is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and thus encourages all staff to continue their professional learning, something that is supported by the company. As a result 90% of client facing team members have further qualifications relating to insurance and multiple members of team have also worked towards achieving qualifications in their areas of expertise, whether that be marketing, human resources or accounting etc.
Tara Ngatoro
Tara Ngatoro has played a major part in the development of customer care team members. Having worked in the insurance industry for over six years, she has used her experience and knowledge to develop and support her team members. Tara makes herself responsible and gets heavily involved in strategy, new business development, client retention, software development and marketing, to name but a few.
Tara believes that we should be the number one insurance broker in the country, and although she often likes to adopt an unorthodox approach, her motivational speeches to team members ensure that every individual in the company, no matter what part they play, are just as important as each other and instrumental towards the success of the company.
